Required Information
Your DMCA notice must include the following information to be valid:
- Your contact information: Name, physical address, email address, and phone number
- Description of the copyrighted work: Describe the work you believe has been infringed, or provide a representative list if multiple works are covered
- Link to the infringing content: Provide the specific URL(s) or location(s) of the video(s) on our platform that you claim infringes your copyright
- Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- Accuracy statement: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address
- Identification of the content that was removed and where it appeared
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located
- Your physical or electronic signature
Repeat Infringer Policy
Doomlingo will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
