Delete Account & Content

We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your Doomlingo account and all associated content, we'll process your request as quickly as possible.

⚠️ Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your learning progress, uploaded content, and account data will be permanently deleted.

How to Delete Your Account

To request account deletion, please send an email to:

doomlingo1@gmail.com

Information to Include

Please include the following in your email:

Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
Email address associated with your Doomlingo account
Username (if you remember it)
Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account and all data

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we will permanently remove:

Your account profile and login credentials
All learning progress and history
Videos you've uploaded to the platform
Your comments and interactions
Any other personal data associated with your account

Processing Time

We typically process deletion requests within 7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

Note: If you'd prefer to keep your account but delete your data (we mainly collect info about videos you've watched), you can request data deletion instead by emailing us with "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.
